Looking Due North you see Dutys Knob,
Taken its name by, man name of Duty
cut a man by the name of Priest with

his Victim carried to Cemetery if he died
and "He died." This was done at the Home of
Mrs. Tilda Smith, now known as Weddington

Looking south at Lovers Leap Rock
"Don't ask Me" I have forgotten all of those
Happy Days.
Bowen's Rock in River near Elkhorn City
took its name by a Man named Bowen was
chased by Indians on this rock. He jumped off
into the river, Knowing under this rock was a cave

What does a man Love more than Life,
Hate more than Death or Mortal Strife,
That Which contented Men desire,
That Poor Men have and Rich require.
A Miser spends, The Spendthrift saves,
And all Men carry to Their Graves?
