| Description | The article: "A Poet in the making" features a poem by a young poet, a senior in the academy department of Lincoln Memorial University. In the article: "The German program" students of the department gave a short German program in chapel. The article states that German was "not put back into the curriculum... until the fall of 1923." Madame Frances Eppinger, "who before the War, taught German at the University, is again in charge of that phase of the work." In the article: "New Legion post" discusses a meeting of the ex-servicement of the University, a group that met on the evening of March 11, [1925]. They organized the Daniel Boone Post, No. 125, of the American Legion. The last segment of the page cites a picnic that was "one of the early spring delights enjoyed by the basketball girls recently." |
